Cookies & privacy settings
This page describes necessary storage, optional maps and optional first-party website statistics. Statistics and maps have separate choices and are disabled until permitted.

Necessary and expressly requested features
Authentication cookies secure requested access. Language and saved-property storage serve only your chosen features; privacy storage records your choice. They are not used for advertising or behavioural measurement. Browser website-data controls can clear them, which removes saved properties, language choices or sign-in status. Maps remain optional. Cookies and similar storage are assessed under Article 22.2 LSSI; personal-data processing is explained in the privacy policy.
External maps
Before permission, our embedded-map feature sends no request to Google Maps. After permission, Google applies its own storage and data practices. Specific cookies and durations can vary by region, browser and existing Google account; we therefore do not claim an unmeasured exhaustive inventory. See Google’s cookie information.
Change your choice
Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to refuse or allow maps at any time. Withdrawal removes embedded maps. Cookies already set by Google can also be removed in browser settings. If storage is blocked, your map choice applies only to the current page.
Optional website statistics
Statistics start only after your separate permission in Privacy settings. We measure page views, referring websites or campaign tags, approximate country when available, device category, pages visited in sequence and selected actions such as brochure, contact or viewing clicks. We do not store raw IP addresses, form contents, chat text or customer-account identifiers in these events. Browser and visit identifiers are pseudonymous. Raw measurement data is retained for up to 90 days. You can withdraw permission at any time; data associated with the current browser identifier is then removed. Visitor numbers are estimates for consenting browsers, not a complete count of people. Registration and enquiry totals are separate operational CRM counts.
